Agree that's the one. I especially love Kirsty Maccolls voice it brings in the light for me where as Shane Mcgowan's voice is the darkness.
I also love Nat king Coles Chesnut's, although that has nothing to do with Christmas, Larry Grayson eat your heart out.

Go listen to Smith & Burrows - When the thames froze, then the same artists singing a song called This ain’t New Jersey. Then thank me later for introducing you to actual good christmas music in the same ilk as FONY

Don't Let the Bells End by the Darkness, not because it's a great song (it isn't), but it has one of the best Les Paul through a cranked Marshall sounds I've ever heard.

We keep on fiddling, but that is the sound right there.

Also they managed to get 'Bellend' and 'Ring of Piece' into a Christmas song.

Genius!

When this first came out it some chap kept singing the tune during games in the The West Side. I always think of that when I hear it.

Re: Your Christmas song
here's a question: why is the power of love by frankie goes to hollywood considered a christmas song?

Its a great song, but its not a christmas song.

its like that East 17 song stay another day. the cleverest thing any cunt ever did was add some bells to the end of it. immediately forgettable song gets royalties in perpetuity,
